2. Data Collection on Our Website

Server Log Files & Hosting (Vercel)

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and optimization of our website.

Revenue Leakage Audit (Diagnostic Terminal)

When you use our diagnostic terminal, we collect the domain you entered (companyName) as well as your email address (email) and optionally your name (firstName).

Purpose:

This data is used to:

  1. Perform the technical audit of your website (via Google Lighthouse API).
  2. Send you the PDF report by email.
  3. Contact you afterwards regarding the results and possible optimizations (contract initiation / B2B interest).

Contact Form / Email Contact

If you contact us by email, your details including the contact details you provide there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

3. Third-Party Services (Tech Stack)

We use selected tools to technically provide our services. Your data may be transferred to these providers. We ensure that these providers maintain appropriate data protection standards (e.g. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Resend (Email Delivery)

For sending the audit report (transactional emails), we use the Resend service. Your email address and name are transmitted to Resend to ensure delivery of the PDF report.

Instantly (CRM & Communication)

For managing B2B leads and communication, we use Instantly.ai. When you fill out the audit form, your contact details (name, company, email) are transferred to our CRM at Instantly so that we can manage the status of your inquiry.

Google Analytics & Lighthouse

We use functions from Google Analytics and Google Lighthouse (for creating the audit). The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. We have activated IP anonymization.

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

5. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
